What courses does MIT offer?
We offer 5 industry-focused courses: Digital Marketing, Graphics Design, Video Editing, Basic Computer Course, and Freelancing & Career Development. Each course is designed to make you job-ready in 2–3 months with hands-on projects from day one.
Are the certificates government-approved?
Yes! All MIT certificates are government-approved and recognized by employers and agencies across Bangladesh — and internationally for freelance platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork. Each certificate carries a unique verification code that anyone can check online.
How do I access course materials after payment?
After admission, you'll receive a Student Portal login — your phone number and a 4-digit PIN — via SMS. Log in at any time to access slides, homework, video recordings, and course resources. The portal is available 24/7 from any device.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bKash, Nagad, and Cash. For mobile payments, you'll receive the correct account details during admission. We also offer installment plans — contact our support team to arrange a schedule that works for you.
Do you offer career support after graduation?
Absolutely. We provide freelance profile reviews (Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn), interview preparation, and client-pitching strategies. Many of our graduates land their first clients within weeks of completing the course.
Can I switch courses after enrollment?
Yes. You can switch to another course by contacting the admin team. Course fees will be adjusted based on the pricing difference. Switches are subject to available seats in your preferred batch.
How long does each course take?
Most courses run for 2–3 months. Basic Computer Course — 2.5 months · Digital Marketing, Graphics Design, Video Editing — 3 months each · Freelancing & Career Development — 2 months.
Is there a discount for early enrollment?
Yes! Many courses offer limited-time early-bird discounts with seat caps. Check the Courses page to see current pricing, discount availability, and remaining seats in each batch.
Do I need prior experience to join?
No prior experience is required for most courses. The Basic Computer Course is designed for complete beginners. For other courses, basic computer familiarity is helpful — but our instructors start from the fundamentals.
Are classes held online or in-person?
We offer in-person classes at our Madhabdi, Narsingdi campus and hybrid options for students who cannot attend every session physically. Live session recordings are uploaded to the Student Portal within 24 hours.
What happens if I miss a class?
Session recordings are available in your Student Portal, so you won't miss the material. If you need to skip a session, please notify your instructor at least 24 hours in advance. Students who miss more than 25% of sessions without notice may be removed from the course roster.
How do I verify a certificate?
Every MIT certificate has a unique certificate number and a QR code. Anyone can verify authenticity instantly using our Certificate Verification tool — no account needed.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds are available if you cancel at least 7 days before the course starts (minus a ৳500 processing fee). A 50% refund is available within the first 7 days of the course. No refund is issued after 7 days or after attending 2 or more sessions.

When do new batches start?
New batches begin every month. We typically start on the 1st or 15th of each month, depending on enrollment numbers. To secure your seat in the next batch, apply at least one week before the intended start date. Check the Courses page or contact us directly for the current batch schedule.
Are courses taught in Bangla or English?
All classes are conducted primarily in Bangla so every student can follow along comfortably. Course materials, slides, and written resources are available in both Bangla and English. Certificates are issued bilingually.
What device or software do I need for the course?
A laptop or desktop computer is strongly recommended. A smartphone can be used to follow theory sessions and access the Student Portal, but practical work (design, video editing, etc.) requires a PC. Software used in each course — such as Adobe tools or Google Workspace — is covered during the first session. Most tools have free or student versions.
How many students are in each batch?
We keep batches small — typically 15–25 students — so every learner gets personal attention from the instructor. This ensures you can ask questions freely and get hands-on feedback on your work.
Is there a student community or group I can join?
Yes! All enrolled students are added to a private Facebook group and a WhatsApp group for their batch. These groups are used for announcements, assignment submissions, peer help, and networking. Alumni also stay connected through the main MIT community group.
What happens after I complete the course?
After finishing all sessions and assignments, you will receive your government-approved certificate within 7–14 business days. You'll also get access to our alumni network, portfolio review sessions, and ongoing career support. Many graduates freelance independently or find agency and corporate jobs within 1–3 months of completing their course.
Can I get a replacement if I lose my certificate?
Yes. Contact the admin team with your tracking number and a valid ID. A duplicate certificate can be issued for a nominal reprint fee of ৳300. The certificate number and all details remain the same and are still verifiable online.
Do you offer any advanced or follow-up courses?
We regularly introduce advanced modules and short workshops for graduates. Topics include advanced Photoshop, YouTube monetization, international freelancing strategies, and agency-level digital marketing. Follow our Facebook page or check the Courses page for the latest offerings.
Is there a job placement guarantee?
We do not offer a formal job guarantee, but we have a very strong placement assistance record. Our instructors actively connect graduates with local businesses, agencies, and freelance clients. Over 90% of our active graduates are earning from their skills within 6 months of graduation.
