Refund policy.

1. Within 7 days

If you withdraw within 7 days of your cohort start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee of ৳500.

2. After 7 days

No refunds are issued after 7 days from the cohort start date. You may, however, defer your enrollment to the next available cohort once at no charge.

3. Course cancellation

If Markiety IT Institute cancels a course before it begins, enrolled students will receive a full refund within 14 business days.

4. Installment plans

Students on installment plans who withdraw after 7 days remain liable for all installments due up to the withdrawal date.

5. Process
